Vacuvelle sells one thing: a handheld sealer that closes snack bags properly, with a blade on the other side that opens them cleanly. That's the entire catalogue. We're not a kitchen gadget store working through a list of things to sell next.
Why it exists
A chip clip only presses the bag in two places. The folded plastic in between is never actually closed, so humidity walks straight past it — which is why a clipped bag goes soft on roughly the same schedule as one left open. The bag you opened on Sunday is usually the one thrown out on Thursday.
A heat seal fuses the two inner faces of the bag into one continuous piece of plastic. There's no gap left to walk through. That's the whole idea, and it's the reason this is a sealer rather than a better clip.
What we'll tell you honestly
It doesn't seal everything. Very thick packaging, foil-lined bags and anything not designed to be heat-sealed won't hold a reliable seal — so test on a spare bag first. We'd rather say that here than have you find out after ordering.
